How Solution Innovators uses SMS text messaging and how to manage your preferences.

1. Purpose of SMS Communications

Solution Innovators, LLC uses SMS (text messaging) strictly as a communication channel for customer care messages and to provide clients with an additional method of contacting our team.

SMS conversations occur directly between clients and Solution Innovators personnel.

We do not use SMS for:

  • Marketing campaigns
  • Promotional messaging
  • Billing notifications
  • Appointment reminders
  • Support ticket automation
  • Emergency broadcasts

2. Sharing

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Clients may opt in to SMS communication with Solution Innovators through one or more of the following methods:

  • Initiating a text message to our business number
  • Submitting a website form that includes SMS consent
  • Providing written consent within a signed agreement
  • Providing verbal consent that is documented internally
  • Opting in through a client portal or application setting

Our CRM system synchronizes SMS consent preferences from multiple sources and serves as the official source of record.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction. SMS communication is conversational and dependent on client engagement.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Solution Innovators, LLC is not responsible for carrier-imposed charges.

6. Opting Out of SMS Communications

Clients may discontinue SMS communications at any time through any of the following methods:

  • Replying "STOP" to any message
  • Replying "HELP" for help with SMS-related issues
  • Emailing helpdesk@solutioninnovators.com
  • Calling (860) 288-5353 x4
  • Adjusting notification preferences within any applicable client portal
  • Completing the opt-out form below

Once an opt-out request is received, SMS communication will cease within 2 business days unless the client provides renewed consent.

7. Data Storage and Retention

SMS messages are stored within our telecom provider's messaging platform; potentially also forwarded to our email system for additional message visibility and notifications.

Data handling details:

  • Messages are not shared with any third parties beyond our telecom provider
  • SMS communications do not have a predefined retention limitation
  • SMS records may be retained as part of our standard business documentation practices

8. Appropriate Use

SMS is intended for Customer Care communication related to IT services, web services, managed services, and professional consulting activities.

Solution Innovators reserves the right to discontinue SMS communication in cases of misuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
